Comments – SDVoE to Show 8K AC-over-IP at ISE 2022
The use of 8K video is growing in the ProAV marketplace and now the Software Defined Viedeo over Ethernet (SDVoE) consortium has announced it will showcase 8K transport using its proprietary chip sets. Such transport is done in an uncompressed mode using four 10Gbps ethernet ports and thei send/receoive chip sets. Total capacity is 40 Gbps which means support for 8K/60p at 4:2:0.
