Comments – Globoplay Includes Pantanal Soap Opera in 8K on Samsung TVs
The first VOD episode of this Brazilian soap opera was apparently available in 8K resolution only on Samsung 8K TVs using the Globo Play app. It is unclear if only the first episode was produced in 8K or the whole season. It is also distributed with Dolby Atmos audio. We reached out to Globo to learn more, but did not hear back from them, unfortunately. Read the article here.
